Excellent Tridosha Shamak, especially Vata pacifying medicine and analgesics. Acts as a pain-reliever. Useful in all chronic Vata disorders. Effective for post-pregnancy care like Vata pacifier, Uterine tonic, and in anorexia, weakness. Excellent adjuvant in various Vata disorders. Relieves: Pain, swelling, and stiffness of joints and provides strength to muscles, bones, and joints. Directions: 4 teaspoonfuls (20 ml) 2 times a day with an equal quantity of lukewarm water after a meal or as directed by a physician.
